Remote access to your account can be achieved using SSH and/or RSA SecurID card. A*CRC will advise the method of remote access according to where your account will be accessed. Please contact Helpdesk for enquiries on remote access.


Login Instructions

Please refer to the SecurID Login Instructions for remote telnet and FTP procedures.Users should inform Helpdesk immediately if you suspect your PIN has been compromised or if you require a PIN reset.

It is important that you logout after every telnet or FTP session.
